Phil Lowe
specialises in helping people and
organisations make breakthroughs using the resources already at their
disposal. He coaches organisational leaders and their teams to develop a
belief in their own creative powers, unlocking the will and the skill both
to generate ideas and to see them through to implementation. He has worked
with CEOs, front line workers, and everyone in between, across all
industry sectors. A former senior consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers,
he holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour, having originally trained as
a professional actor and worked in a range of creative and media roles.
Phil is the author of two books on management development, and co-wrote
seven series of the BBC Radio business panel game The Board Game.
